Returns
Most items with proof of purchase can be returned within 30 days. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the purchased amount, while returns with an original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment. Please note that returned items must be in new condition. We cannot accept returns on monogrammed/personalized items, custom upholstered furniture and made to order items, final sale items ending in .97, some specific special order items and perishable food. Sorry, we cannot accept returns due to normal wear and tear. Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments. Returns of kitchen electrics and cutlery (knife sets, single knives, cutting boards, knife sharpeners and knife storage) may require extra information and safety instructions. We are no longer accepting returns for online purchases of Wxarvenda Home products at any of our retail stores or Wxarvenda Home Outlets. For assistance, please contact our Customer Care Team (see info below).
Items not eligible for returns or exchanges
For returns of items purchased from your Wxarvenda Gift Registry, we will gladly provide a refund in the form of a merchandise credit within 90 days of your event or within 90 days of purchase, whichever date is later.
